Proposed alterations and additions to existing function centre at the Tiona Holiday Park. The proposal is a skillion roof that reflects the iconic form of the existing building allowing a large, covered alfresco space opening up to the lake. Columns along the western edge will be strong elements that define the new space as well as frame the view and provide an opportunity to decorate to suit the occasion. By reflecting the existing roof form we’re creating a cohesive aesthetic to the entire structure yet adding an iconic element to the building. It will sit very comfortably in the landscape and capture the stunning view across the lake.
